I'm happy to report,After two days of thinking I gained three lbs I weighed today with no gain at all. I'm knowing that I am wearing my size smaller and not having the 'comfort eating' lasting more than two or three days:) but I was still worried. I tried on my new out fit for TX

althou iv lost me weight doing slimfast,and now just lost a lb so i may be getting rid of that plateau, im introducing more meals instead of meal replacement, iv only been having the shake for breakfast, im doing it gradually.
