Fitday??????06 Mar 2004 16:36 GMT2
I went to the Fitday.com site and couldn't figure out how to calculate my
calories? I found it difficult to maneuver around.  I think it would be easier
to do it on a piece of paper with a calorie book!....Is there an easier site
online to use to calculate my calories?

I'm 5' 2" and I weigh approx. 360lbs.
I have never exercised (can you tell). I do not enjoy it, never have. How

the store, but a walk around the block without a purpose is hard to

I just got the March issue of "Energy Times" in the mail (free subscription)

have a website that might have the article so I'm typing it in.

Wow what a great exercise machine!
