I went to the Fitday.com site and couldn't figure out how to calculate my calories? I found it difficult to maneuver around. I think it would be easier to do it on a piece of paper with a calorie book!....Is there an easier site online to use to calculate my calories?

I am 39 and have just started the 3rd big diet of my life the first was when I was 16 and went from 224 pounds to 154 pounds. The second was when I was 27 and went form 245 pounds to 133 pounds in 7 months. And now I'm 39 and weigh 294 pounds and my target weight is 168 pounds.

Well today I visited the gym for a second day in a row. I walked my four miles indoors, used a nautilus type bench machine to work on the chest, and did three more miles on an elliptical machine and was drenched in sweat. Wow what a great exercise machine!
