I have been toying with the idea of going on a diet because I know I would feel better if I dropped this extra 40 lbs that I am lugging around. The problem is that I have a really weird schedule and I have a lot of trouble "converting" normal diets into diets that fit my lifestyle.

Hi asd :) I weighed myself today instead of the usual Friday (I have to go away overnight for work) and found I have lost 2 lb. That means in total I've now lost a stone and a half! (21 lb). It feels great. Events
