Yay!  Just completed week 10 of my diet and I've attained one of my
mini-goals.  The diet software I'm using is no longer calling me obese!  Now

I have been toying with the idea of going on a diet because I know I would

I realize that the thyroid regulates metabolism; did you notice any
difference in weight or calorie need when you started treatment, or was it

I'm 25 years old, 5' 7" and weigh 14 and a half stone (204 pounds) and I
need help to lose weight.  I've been overweight since my early teens so I
don't even remember what it was like to be thin.

all i need to do is get down to 12.2 and ill be not in the obese range

I weighed myself today instead of the usual Friday (I have to go away
overnight for work) and found I have lost 2 lb.  That means in total
I've now lost a stone and a half! (21 lb).  It feels great.  Events

I mentioned in another thread that I was going on a cruise and several
people asked for details, so I thought I'd start a new thread.
First off, I'm going on the 4 day Royal Caribbean cruise out of Miami on
April 19th.  It's my third cruise, last year we went on the 5 night one
