I know that too much salt is bad for you because it can cause hypertension but is there any other reason to moderate salt whilst on a weight loss plan? Quite a lot of salad type foods (celery for example) benefit from some added salt. I have noticed that calorie information sites ...

My husband wants to be on a diet too. I do not understand this: his BMI is 29, but according to our scale his fat percentuage is 25%, which is quite low I think. How can it be that?
