Has anyone here taken Hydroxycut or other pills with ephedra?17 Mar 2004 20:22 GMT5
I am wondering if anyone can tell me their experience with these pills.  I
have about a week supply, but I am afraid to take them because I have read
about the side effects of ephedra and I know that these products have been
banned recently.  It's only about a 7 day supply though, ...

I have a small dilemma.  In 3 weeks my family and I are off to Disneyland
Paris.  I will only be on the 7th week of my weight loss plan.  Has anybody
got any suggestions as to what they do when they go on holiday to stick with
the programme?  Or has anybody been to Disneyland Paris ...

i just joined a gym and have been working out quite a bit lately (i previously
was used to working out a good bit though at my martial arts school, so i'm

Why worry about the low-carb diets all the time?  Have worry-free eating of
pizza, breads, pasta, rice and more.  Eating healthy is what we all need.
Stopping ourselves from enjoying the "fun" and "filling" foods in life should

Saw her tonight on TV.....when she speaks...her mouth/face barely moves....you
cannot see her teeth.....her lips barely move.....and you can hear the speech

I was in the grocery store Wednesday and saw a man I haven't seen in a
while.  This is a guy I saw nearly daily for about six years as his wife
took care of all three of my children as infants/toddlers, but Sammy

so it turns out that it was only about 2 pounds that i gained and i was just

ok, not done too badly for most of the week - i did lose it a little bit
on thursday night but didnt go really mad or go near any of my major
