I got on the scale Tuesday morning and I weighed 235. Today (Thursday) I got on the scale and it said 228. My scale is correct. I certainly did a double take. I thought is said 238 for a second, not 228. I'm on the Dr. Phil UWLC 14-Rapid start plan. Did other people using Dr.

Noticed on a lot of posters .sig files there are 3 sets of numbers. I imagine that they have to do with weight, how do I read them? Matty (sorry if this sounds like a dumb question...)

Well I have finished my 4th week in maintenance, and I am down another 200g ( 0.5lbs) I don't get it. I have upped the eating to find out a level of eating for maintaining, this is now my longest run of losses in the last year, most I had 2 to 3 weeks of losses then a gain, but
