Hello, I recently went to a weight loss clinic and was prescribed Phentermine as well as given Chromium Picolinate and Thyroid T-3. Is it safe to be taking all three of these together? Does it increase side effects or should they not be taken at the same time?

| Dieting -- no energy to study! | 16 Apr 2004 11:39 GMT | 5 |
Hi, I am about fifteen pounds overweight and have no problem getting to the gym and controlling my appetite. However, I find that I don't have the mental energy to focus while I study unless I eat more than I want to, semi-messing up my diet. Is there any way around this? I'm

| Max Effective Calorie Limit | 16 Apr 2004 07:39 GMT | 2 |
Is there a level of calorie intake where the body cannot digest anymore for that particular day or whatever. For example, if someone was to eat 10,000 calories in one day, would you effectively put on 2 pounds in a day, or would the body just pass it out after a certain level ?

| An Incredible Vacation | 16 Apr 2004 04:36 GMT | 5 |
Well, I did more in one week than most folks do in a lifetime..... I flew into Oslo after nearly a day and a half of travel. I then took a train to Lillehammer (Little Hammer), a ski resort area in the mountains of Norway and the site of the 1994 Winter Olympics. This is a cute ...

| Success Story | 16 Apr 2004 01:46 GMT | 2 |
One size doesn't fit all, nor does one diet. Andrea M., who dropped 66 pounds by following THREE different eDiets-powered eating plans, knows this better than anyone else. At 220 pounds, the mother-of-three was being dragged down by the extra weight she

| Back to reality. | 15 Apr 2004 22:22 GMT | 6 |
I'm home after one month in TX and I'm trying to get back to my WOE/WOL after not eating well. My Dr. Phil book is open and I'm going to get groceries Tuesday. I'm mad at myself for not paying attention to my eating. MY pants fit tight and I feel larger too. Still not out of my 14

| Is this bad? | 15 Apr 2004 20:51 GMT | 38 |
Lately, I have acquired a habit of grazing on vegetables for a big part of the day (say, between 8 and 1pm during the week and between 9 and 5 during the weekends). I would eat stuff like tomatoes etc, quite frequently. There are two apparent reasons for it, one is that I

| I fought the lawn (and I won) | 15 Apr 2004 03:35 GMT | 2 |
This is probably going to seem weird to be posting here but it's definitely a result of my weight loss and strength training efforts. I mowed our big back yard full of very tall grass with the push rotary mower and got done with it in a little over an hour. I had to wait until ...

| caffeine | 15 Apr 2004 02:33 GMT | 8 |
I have been totally exhausted for about a week, and I was wondering why... Then, it dawned upon me that I have been cutting dramatically on Pepsi Max (diet with caffeine) for around a week. I used to drink around 2l a day (0.4 gal). Instead of that, I have been drinking mainly ...
