I am looking for some software that I can use to track my food and exercise plan. I have already tried Fitday (can't print the logs easily), WW (I would like to track my calories, not points), and eDiets (too cumbersome and isn't very good at customizations).

Today I weighed in at 149 lbs. :-). While it's only one pound less than I was, breaking 150 seems like a big deal. I have not weighed under 150 since I was in my 20s (and I'm 56 now). I'm very pleased with myself :-).

I was just having a look at http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk and came across a free trial for an online food diary. As part of the diary you can enter the food you normally eat and it will tell you what the calories, fat content etc is for what you are having.
