Too Fat!01 Jun 2004 00:44 GMT1
It was suggested to me by a friend to try this idea to shock
you into losing weight. Just spend one day with your shirt off.

Looking for good diet software31 May 2004 22:38 GMT8
I am looking for some software that I can use to track my food and exercise
plan.  I have already tried Fitday (can't print the logs easily), WW (I
would like to track my calories, not points), and eDiets (too cumbersome and
isn't very good at customizations).

Okay the wedding went off without a hitch. Everything was perfect, the food

time and enjoyed myself. The same day as her wedding ...
149!31 May 2004 08:08 GMT35
Today I weighed in at 149 lbs. :-).  While it's only one pound less
than I was, breaking 150 seems like a big deal.  I have not weighed
under 150 since I was in my 20s (and I'm 56 now).  I'm very pleased
with myself :-).

Diet Websites & food database31 May 2004 00:45 GMT1
I was just having a look at http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk and came
across a free trial for an online food diary.
As part of the diary you can enter the food you normally eat and it will
tell you what the calories, fat content etc is for what you are having.
What I discovered About Exercise and Diet31 May 2004 00:28 GMT4
I went for a bicycle vacation in Europe. After three days of passing
thousands of cyclists and citizens it hit me - no one in this country
is fat. Why? They all ride bicycles! Well, I'm not fat, just a little
tummy and double chin, but I have to tell you after riding 5 hours a

It's spring time at the farmers' market and I am up to my eyeballs with

the conscious decision to change our ways and lose weight, but what are the
different motivations or triggering factors?  Just curious.
For me it was my health.  I wanted to stop hurting in my feet, knees, ...
