okay, better new diet...02 May 2004 19:03 GMT25
How about this:  A diet wherein you can eat anything you want, as long as

My Diet Experience (So Far)02 May 2004 17:21 GMT2
This past Winter my weight eased up to 260 pounds (I'm 5' 9") and I decided to
lose weight. At first, I went on a strict diet, eating almost nothing for a few
days, then eating extremely little. I drank a lot of water and took a lot of
vitamins and supplements. I took no diet pills ...

Bok Choy01 May 2004 20:29 GMT18
I am planning to try some steamed bok choy tonight with dinner.  I
haven't tried that before.  I checked and it is not in my Palm database

can only find raw and boiled values -- I guess that I can rectify ...
what a difference a year makes01 May 2004 20:19 GMT10
Yep, I turned another year older today.  A year ago I bought myself a

ride.  Eastern Oregon is so beautiful this time of year with all the
wildflowers and such, and it's not too hot so I headed out there.  I ...

Another Interval Training question!01 May 2004 16:13 GMT5
I've been doing interval training now for 1-2 months and feeling great!  I
use the elliptical 3-4x a week for 30-45 mins at a time.  My goal is to
spend 2 minutes getting my heart rate up to 155-160 and then 2 mins getting
it down to 125-130.  Here is my question:  Is there a ...
