something fishy about him. i have tried and tried to get rid of my bias
against Dr. Phil but I get a real gut reaction evrytime I see him on

I am a 28 year old woman who had suffered from PCOS and terrible insulin

My computer got completely wiped by a virus. Just got it back from the shop,
new OS (WinXP) and news reader. I hate learning new software. If anyone can

I have been on a diet for 2 months and lost 20 lbs... i had been averaging
loosing 3 lbs a week.... last week it was 1 lb , this week nothing.... i still
would like to at least loose 10 more...
My diet consists of cutting out sugar, snacks and eating smaller portions..

Folks:
In preparation of my new resolve to get back on my old WOL, I need to
purchase a scale to weight myself.  I'm not interested in visting the Dr.
office every week to do so anymore.
