Herring spinach stew report24 May 2004 15:08 GMT6
Yep - I'm still at it one month later - every dinner except Saturday.

My latest: 1) cook 6 oz of baby spinach in microwave for 3 minutes.
2) then add 1 6 oz can of tomato paste, 8 oz of water, 3 heaping
packing lunch for grownups...24 May 2004 14:30 GMT5
I have a job in an office where there is virtually no lunch room.  The
storage room has a microwave and small refrigerator.  Lately I've been doing
10-12 hour days, without leaving the office for lunch.  I can close the door
and eat at my desk though, so I tend to pack pretty ...

Wow! I bought the special fresh salmon for making Sushi and rolled it
around pickled ginger. What a great lunch. I have not had Sushi before
mainly because I don't eat rice but can see I'll be rocking and rolling
my own version for years to come, And it is a perfect diet foo!
A Little Birdie Told me24 May 2004 04:30 GMT1
My friend bought me a mechanical bird that sings when there is an air

The author Frank Harris used a stomach pump after each meal:
It does sound a good way to lose weight :)
I can buy the 10 ft tube, 7/8" OD, 3/8" ID (as described on the Web)

was to keep at about 1500 calories while avoiding high-glycemic carbs that
cause hunger spikes.
I lost 3 kg = 6.6 lb during these 2 weeks.
Feeling great, losing weight!23 May 2004 15:40 GMT36
This is 2nd week since returning to LC2 (low cal, lower carbs).
While technically I only lost a net 0.5 kg (1.1 lb) this past week compared
to last Friday's scale measurement, last Friday was, as I suspected, a one
day fluctuation due to unusually high activity and almost no eating ...

Question on Yogurt23 May 2004 04:23 GMT17
Someone at work who has been on several of the most popular diets told
me that non-fat yogurt helps you lose weight. Has anyone else heard of
this before?
