I'm tired, basically really tired of everything,. but mostly of my
weightloss being a priority. I'm tired of counting cal's and weighing
food, I'm tired of grocery shopping like its tedious work. I'm sick of
reading about it, reading labels and books. I'm tired of discussing it,

My DH accepted the teaching job in the town near San Antonio.  We'll be
relocating in July because he's taking a class first summer term at Texas
Tech.  I've heard that stress causes an increase output of cortisol and that
can cause someone to either not be able to lose weight on ...

I have to admit that I have a compulsive behavior. It is pulling on
hair, not pulling them out but kind of compulsive grooming of hair.
The remedy that works for me 100% is making sure that I have a short
haircut. If I have a short haircut, I have no compulsion. If my hair

Well today was weigh -in. I haven't weighed myself since last friday. And I
was happy to see the scale reported a lose I am down now to 131lbs. I have
not done my measurements yet today , they might have to wait until Monday as
I am working midnights all this weekend then I go back ...

For us steak lovers here, an interesting article about how feeding
cows chicken litter (manure, bedding etc) is a valuable source of

Today I weighed in at 150, which officially puts me in my goal range
of 145-150.  I want to continue losing down to 145, then allow myself
leeway in that range, hopefully adding a bit of muscle.

bit overweight.  I did Atkins last September, on which I DID lose 10lbs over
1 1/2 months, but even though I followed it by the book ...

Well inspite of all the ups and downs over the last few weeks I
managed to finish maintenance last night with a loss of 1 kg so I no

Can the Atkins plan be followed along with the use of the prescription Meridia

I have been on track now for about two weeks and I am doing much better.
Haven't had any donuts or tim bits since about May 1/04. I've given up
criossants and now am working on giving up tea biscuts and muffins. I had
one muffin today. And one tea biscut. I have also done not too ...
