have read his book, and followed his teachings.  Anyway, I was watching his
show the other day and he said if you want to be on my show to send in your
story.  So I went to his web site and told him that he ...

I just watched a fascinating show on the Discovery Health Channel.  It's

pounds a month, leaving her with a huge amount of excess ...

gas grill question18 May 2004 01:10 GMT6
How do you make baked potatoes on a gas grill?  We just got one and I'm too
dumb to figure this out.  With the charcoal grill I'd wrap the potatoes
individually in foil and bury them in the coals.  Now there are no coals,
just burners and it's like cooking on a stovetop.  Will they ...

Knowing that I must get rid of this extra 40 lbs that I am lugging around, I

exercise more.
The problem I am having is with hunger.  Generally, when I get up in the
Not so fresh meat17 May 2004 14:10 GMT22
Being a cheap bastard, I hate throwing food away. So, I became aware
of a method of dealing with not so fresh meat, so that it does not
need to be thrown away or fed to the chickens.
Suppose that you have some not so fresh meat: a week old rotisserie
Meet results17 May 2004 14:05 GMT6
Yesterday I competed in bench press in the Nation's Capitol Cup, a
DC-area event.  I was pretty happy with the results, though I'd hoped
