Day one of my diet went pretty well.  I did find myself hungry at night so I
had a snack that is on my plan.   I need to do a little better planning snacks,
it seems I get hungry around 3 in the afternoon and then again at 10 p.m. or
so.
Lose body fat with CLA supplement11 Jun 2004 05:07 GMT20
Anybody hear of or use Conjugated linoleic acid supplementation?  If
so, where do you get it and how much does it cost? And - did it do
anything for you?  I sure could use less body fat.

Eating at night while trying to lose weight11 Jun 2004 05:02 GMT15
I heard on NPR a few months ago about a study that showed that people who
ate most of their calories at night were no less likely to lose weight
(which of course goes against the advice of hundreds of sites & programs).
I'm trying to find that study -- can anybody help?
Fruit11 Jun 2004 03:33 GMT7
I have been on a diet for about 2 weeks now, which basically consists of one
meal per day, and lots of fruit. I have two questions if some of you don't
mind answering :-
1 - Can you eat too much fruit per day? ( I usually only eat apples,
Update on oatmeal "meal"11 Jun 2004 03:14 GMT13
Here's a healthy meal for about 50 cents - and honestly, it's tasty
enough.  1) 1/2 Quaker oatmeal - plus 1 1/2 cups water - microwave at
50% for six minutes  2) add two tablespoons of peanut butter (natural
is best) 3) sprinkle cinnamon on top 4) add artifical sweetener to
exercise/calorie ratio10 Jun 2004 20:15 GMT3
The talk about minimum number of calories burned via exercise got me
thinking, how accurate is fitday's exercise calculation? Is there a
site I should be using? I feel like I am actually burning more
calories weekly than fitday calculates for me. If there is a manual
Question about weight gain10 Jun 2004 20:12 GMT3
Let's say that you went on vacation and ate some items that you
shouldn't have. How long does it usually take for your body to get an
accurate weight to see how much you gained? I usually weigh myself the
next morning, but I'm not sure if that's accurate?

Just an update...10 Jun 2004 16:33 GMT6
Haven't dropped in much lately, but came back from the doctor
a while ago and thought I'd update you.  Thought I've put a few
pounds back on (old habits, new stresses), my numbers are
getting better.  Since November:
The last 10 lbs...10 Jun 2004 15:48 GMT3
Actually, I could technically go to about 125 and be happy with it.
I'm now at 130 lbs -- down from 144 on Thanksgiving 2003!
I originally started on FitDay just to track my calorie intake 'til I
could get a sense of how much food I've been REALLY eating!  Since then,
We joined the gym10 Jun 2004 12:43 GMT1
We joined the gym I spoke of before.  We have really loved it so far!  I am
planning on going 5 days per week.  The kids love the kids center there, so
it works out to go during the day while my husband is at work.  Then, he
goes after dinner.  I have been starting out with the ...
