12:00 (work -- brought chicken, cheese, & salad dressing from home):
salad w/ 1 cup greens, 130g grilled chicken, 2 pieces torn-up f/f

I've went from 296Lb to 222Lb (74Lb) in 14 weeks.... Any thoughts?

Is there anyone out there who was in starvation mode, increased their

Well, I've gone back to NewsXpress -- it's old and it's buggy, but
it's also very simple and it's hard to teach an old Usenetter new

My TOM ended the other day and getting on the scale this am I am down
a pound, which is fantastic to me! The past month, we have had house
guests consisting of assorted family members coming and going. This
coming weekend I am looking forward to getting back to regular life

weighed in today and my weigh is up to 138lba since the weekend. I have
been eating so so but last night for some reason I was really hungry and
couldn't stop eating. So today I have set a cut off time of when I  have to
stop eating by and it's 7 30. I have been feeling down all ...

    I'm not sure if anyone will remember me, but I used to come here often
a couple of years back (and some about a year back).  Our family has just
been thru a major move (across the country), and have had many changes in
our lives.  Unfortunately, I have gained back 50 of the 60 ...

I'm a 56 year old male, 6"2'2" and about 208 lbs.
I work out 6 days a week ( 4 days 1 hr aerobic, 2 days 1 hr,. weights,
and 30 minutes of aerobic training.

While on my four day vacation I went off my usual food and exercise
program and onto the typical Amercan diet high salt diet.  I was
shocked to see a 7 pound weight gain when I came back!  My bp also
rose - from 110/70 to 135/75.  "Forbidden" foods I ate: sausage, home
