Is anyone doing the Abs Diet?04 Jun 2004 17:24 GMT4
After a great deal of success with Atkins I have hit that last 10-15

After reading it and re-reading parts of it, I still have a number of

I used to post here a long time ago, around 1999-2001.  I went from
150 to 115, and maintainted 115 for about a year, then stopped
posting.  I've not been able to maintain the 115, but was sticking at
about 135 for the last year.  Recently, I've had a job change and work

I went to New York City May 19 through May 22. I saw six Broadway
musicals in four days: "The Producers," "Hairspray," "Assassins,"
"Wicked," "Aida" and "The Boy from Oz."
I predict "Wicked" will win most of the Tony Awards it is up for on
Not enough time for everything04 Jun 2004 03:37 GMT8
I'm still reading but posting has been very spotty over the past couple
weeks.  It seems yard work, gardening, social events, dental appointments,
van repairs, biking, gym workouts, etc have consumed all my time.
I've been getting to the gym at least twice a week and using the ...

It's been a year since I started dieting June 1 2003. Also a year

Eating out04 Jun 2004 00:38 GMT4
I have started my diet now, initially by cutting out the chocolate & crisps

Swimming, finally!03 Jun 2004 20:40 GMT11
The weather is going to be in the 90's this week!  I went swimming for the
first time time season on Saturday.  It felt great.  I look forward to using
the pool frequently this summer.  One of the only benefits of living in
Texas in the summer.
Does fat matter?03 Jun 2004 18:10 GMT9
If I'm on a 1,700 calorie diet, for the purpose of losing weight, does the
composition of those calories matter?
If I burn 2000 calories a day, why does it matter if my calorie intake is
derived from fatty foods or non fatty foods, won't I still lose weight
No need to cut carbs anymore03 Jun 2004 13:52 GMT1
You done need to cut the carbs anymore to be on a low carb diet.  You
can just spend about $3 and buy a can of carb cleaner and clean the
carbs out of your body.  Simply aim the can into your mouth and push
the nozzle.  Carb cleaner can be purchased at almost all auto parts
