My weight has been creeping up very slowly, sometimes creeping back down again, but not by enough. So as of today, it's time to go back into "diet" mode for the summer, back to weighing and measuring and to logging calories on Fitday.

OK. Regular peanut butter. Can be stored at room temperature. This is good. Hydroginated oil (trans fat) - this is bad. Organic Peanut butter - no trans fat. This is good. Says it need to be refrigerated after opening. This would be bad. Is it really true?
