Michelle's 1 month update24 Jun 2004 15:29 GMT6
Well inspite of all the medical issues and happenings of the last
month or so, I went for my WW weigh in tonight. I was down 600g (1 lb)
from my weigh in 1 month ago, so I am really pleased with myself. This
is inspite of being hypothyroid and not doing any real exercise. Now I
break thru24 Jun 2004 07:16 GMT5
I feel as though I have just made a real break thru this week!  I had been
getting very tired very quickly since starting the gym, and had been lucky
to complete a full workout that I would aim for.  My heart rate would be
higher than I would like (and my chest would hurt from astma ...
Sugar Carbs24 Jun 2004 07:05 GMT3
What the HECK does that mean?
ugh ... all this low carb advertising is confusing at best.
I don't buy low carb marketed products, but eat a monitored carb diet.
Now I see "sugar carbs" being touted on the outside of packaging and have NO

Those last few pounds -23 Jun 2004 23:09 GMT15
Now, all my life I've been 'chubby', never really obese, but no where
near thin. About a year ago, my parents where arrested so I went to
live with my grandmother, and she's an elderly Russian Jewish lady, so
you can imagine the food. Every meal is a 5 course feast, with snacks
Trim Spa23 Jun 2004 21:59 GMT8
I am considering using the Trim Spa supplements. In particular, the X32
and the Fat Blocker. Has anyone had any experience, good or bad, with this?

Matty's Monthly Update23 Jun 2004 21:27 GMT7
Well another month has past on this journey to a slimmer me. A lot has happened in the past month, our vehicle woes finally came to a head when the Blazer was diagnosed as terminal & unfixable. It was hard to see the forest through the trees at that time but in the end we were ...
Week 2323 Jun 2004 16:22 GMT13
Amazing!  I've dropped 6.6 pounds in the last seven days!  I know it can't
continue at this rate, but I'm not worried.  I'm eating a healthy balance of
the right things in moderate amounts, averaging about 25 Weight Watchers
points per day, but in the last couple of days I've ...

Stupid me!22 Jun 2004 23:46 GMT28
Although my current figure doesn't show it, I was a bit of a jock
in high school (Phys. Ed., Track & Field, Vollyeball); so I should
know how to exercise properly. Still, I was in a hurry this morning
and didn't stretch before I walked! I started off faster than usual
Diet question22 Jun 2004 19:50 GMT2
I am currently on a 1200 calorie a day diet and it is going very well.  My
question is, when I go on to nights I am often up for much longer hours
(often up to 18 hours) which will result in me having to eat more food.  Is
this going to affect me much?
Fitday & walking22 Jun 2004 18:01 GMT1
Dear group,
I've Googled about this, but I've found conflicting answers, so I am
asking for your personal experiences.
