Tetrazene Investigation22 Jun 2004 17:45 GMT4
Hi There. It looks like there is a legal investigation into the legitimacy
of the claims of the weight loss supplement Tetrazene KGM-90. Apparently,
there is some question as to whether or not the advertised claims may be
false. If you have had some experience to this effect with ...
good before/after websites?22 Jun 2004 15:22 GMT1
I think I might start a simple website to document my WW stuff, along
with some pictures.
I was hoping that someone could point me in the direction of some good
before/after sites where I could get some ideas?
New reason to avoid refined grains22 Jun 2004 13:00 GMT2
I eat no (zero) refined grains. I still eat plenty of carbs: oatmeal,
crispbreads, fruits and veggies.  How about you?  Read below.
"The researchers have tracked the eating habits of a group of healthy,
largely middle-age people in Baltimore. The focus is on 459 people
And nobody got hurt!22 Jun 2004 12:44 GMT19
While walking on a Rails-to-Trails in New York last month, I became
enchanted watching folks on rollerblades.  Since I can ice skate (sort
of) I figured I could rollerblade and resolved to hunt the yardsales for
some this summer.  Last week my favorite salvage store had a huge ...

Food & Exercise -- 6/21/200422 Jun 2004 06:06 GMT2
Food:
6:15 (driving to gym): ready-to-drink chocolate protein shake
8:30 (diner w/ Tom & his girlfriend): 2 fried eggs; English muffin w/
butter; 6 oz. grapefruit juice
A not entirely OT laundry question22 Jun 2004 00:33 GMT11
I have a sweater that I absolutely **love** that is a size 1X.  Rather
than give it away, I want to try to shrink it in the laundry.  I'd
like to turn it into a Medium.  I realize this may not work, but it's
no use to me the way it is so I figured I might as well try.
Food & Exercise -- 6/20/200422 Jun 2004 00:11 GMT2
Food:
9:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese
10:45 (home): 3 mint meringues
A nice compliment21 Jun 2004 21:52 GMT11
Well, at least I'll takeit as a compliment.
Tonight I went grocery shopping to get our needs for the week.   Standing in
line at checkout and loading my contents onto the belt, I reach over to get
the separater for the woman standing behind me.   I knew someone was right
2 week update21 Jun 2004 19:00 GMT6
I just got thru my second week since joining the gym.  I have really
been loving the routine of it.  It has been a great stress reducer, and I
have been sleeping a great deal better since beginning.  My energy level has
been really increasing, and I am just starting to notice ...
I Found how to end nightime snacking!21 Jun 2004 16:38 GMT5
This may be obvious to most of you, but it took me until just this month to
figure out how to end my nighttime hunger.  I just eat all my fats at
dinner!
I've always been able to keep control of my eating during the day, I usually
Doing what you don't enjoy21 Jun 2004 14:24 GMT40
I have been reading a lot about weight loss lately because I am thinking of
trying (again) to lose a little. The general consensus on exercise seems to
be to "do what you enjoy doing".  The problem is that I really don't enjoy
doing anything.
Wohoo!  Size 18!21 Jun 2004 04:10 GMT14
On a whim I bought a new pair of pants today - size 18.  They fit!  They fit
great!  Still have a few of my size 28 pants left, for sentimental reasons.
Or for rags.  Time will tell.

Thought process21 Jun 2004 02:57 GMT13
I had a busy day today.  Morning errands nixed my usual dumbbell workout
and since I had to actually appear at work this afternoon, I didn't get
my lunchtime walk with my friend.  As I drove home at 3 it started to
rain - it had been predicted all day.  My normal practice is to ...
Day 1021 Jun 2004 02:45 GMT1
Physically: I'm feeling better, sleeping better, not as tired, getting more
done, activity increasing, I have not had a head ache since I started.
Emotionally: less mood swings, increase in mental sharpness, less feelings of
powerlessness, increase feelings of personal achievement.
