Well, today I weighed in at 145. I'm not sure why I've lost weight so fast these last few days -- it's not what I expected to happen when I got down to this level; I thought it might take me a few months to lose the last 5 pounds, and instead it has been only a few weeks.

Before I started dieting, I used to eat a lot of meals with rice (chicken stir fry etc). I was looking on weightlossresources.co.uk and there are so many differences between rice! Basmati has 41.2% fat, whereas American Long Grain has 2.7%!

I am taking B12 under my doctors recommendation. I also drink 2 cups of coffee a day. So I have been taking the B12 w/ in the morning just before I drink my morning coffee. But I'm wondering if the coffee inhibits the absorption of the B12. Anyone know? I can't find the info ...

Recently I've read about this Hay Diet also called Food Combining. It's about right food combinatons. You cannot eat starches with proteins. It looks quite easy to follow, and they say that results come quick too. Has anybody ever tried this diet?
