Tonight it was raining when I came home from work.   FL is beginning its
evening t-storm season.   These storms can be very severe at times, with
hail and tornados, but the lightening is always the most dangerous.

Well it's almost the end of week two and I am down to 136lbs. I have done
alot of exercise today and have eaten low points. I even started running
today as well. I am going at it slow and steady. To see how far I can go. I
started this diet two weeks ago on Monday and I was 140lbs.

Well, I stated a few weeks ago that I set some summer goals for
myself.    I wanted to lose about 10-15lbs and see how hard it is to
maintain that weight, and in doing so, focus on muscle retention as
well.
