Both myself and my wife have now been dieting for 8 weeks and have steadily

Hello again......
43 years old male at 6ft weighing 16st 10lbs at the start. Eating around
4000 calories a day before my diet. Sedentary lifestyle not helped by having
numerous back operations.

I had an unplanned refeed on friday night. :-) I have been at or under
1300 calories during the week and allowing myself to go to 1500 on the
weekends (though I haven't used that leeway too often). Friday was
1880. The rest of the weekend was under 1300, so I don't really mind

I don't live in a small town, but it is small compared to the ones
around us, and its also in retirement capital, so the average age of
the residents is something like 78yrs old.
With that in mind, we don't have alot of gyms or things geared towards
