I have never done a 'challenge' here before.  Most of the time it's because
it's requires weighing and I won't weigh myself until the end of August.
Anyway .. I'm wondering if anyone is interested in doing a water challenge.  I

The longest I've ever fasted was 2 days and 5 hours. It's not that bad once you
reach 24 hours. Give it a try. Remember in the early 80s when Elton John fasted

I've bought a quality exercise bike for my son via ebay for $70 - list
price $800!  Anyone shopping for exercise equip try ebay before paying
retail. Now - my plan - to get on the fully recumbent bike whenever I
watch TV (if my son is not on it).  The best laid plans....

I decided to try again with the dieting seriously this time on Friday the
16th, but it is easier to do the weigh-in and updates weekly, so I decided
Monday should be the day for the official weigh-in and updates.
Weight = 87 kg or 191.4  lbs - went down 2 kg (or 4.4 lbs) :-)

Not an exciting week, but a productive one.  I lost 2.7 pounds and am almost
down to size 16!  Following the recommendations of my nutritionalist I am
trying to keep my fats below 30% of total calories and proteins below 15%.
Not quite there yet, but very close!  I've had to ...
