I'm back from camping, and it was a fun trip.
I did gain a little less than a pound but I'm not discouraged.  I got in a
lot of walking, I bought a pedometer and averaged over 10,000 steps a day.
A lot of those were up and down hill, and at the 8,000 foot level.

Well, I find that the more I go into my new WOL, the more active I
become and the less I want to eat. I mean I am forcing myself to stay
at the 1300 cal level! I don't want to eat crappy high cal food for

artificial sweeteners promotes obesity.
