Happy Fourth of July weight gain. Yeah, I know, it's not totally unexpected.
But it is totally frustrating.

I needed another pair of black pants for my job this summer, so off to
Winners (US equivalent = TJ Maxx? Marshalls?) I went in search of some cheap
size 8's or 9's (sometimes 10's).  Well, I took about 4 or 5 size 8P's into
the change room and  guess what - all too big and awfully ...

i posted before about saddlebags (126/5'7). i just can't stand them anymore--
from the front view, i think i look pretty good in the thigh area, but from the
back i think i look awful. i am very happy with my lower legs and upper body
and to be quite honest, i'm not worried about ...

My girlfriend is planning gastric bypass surgery (laparoscopically)
with a doctor in Monterrey, Mexico.  (We're paying for this out of
pocket, and stand to pay $10,000 instead of $20,000 this way.)  I'm

In March, I gave my parents a Life(something) blood glucose monitor as
present. I had reasons to suspect it would be a useful present. They
were putting off testing themselves until I told them on Friday that
