Anyone useing this Are there any risk ,?

Everything is going really well, I lost a few inches in the last week,
and also some weight.
Work has been really hectic, and though I do read often, I haven't
been able to post much.

I was browsing through the other threads (the challenge one) and I don't
own a pedometer :(
I want one, any rec's on brand and functions?
I mentioned before that I am moonlighting waiting tables 3-4 days a week

Yay!!!
Just had to share - this morning I weighed in at 199.7.  I'm technically no
longer overweight!  Now I transition to my Phase 2 goal, I want to get down
to the midpoint of the healthy range for me, 175 pounds.  Can't rest now,

well, i went to the doc today ... and was weighed in the process.  I'm down 14
lbs in 20 days.
Not bad.
And I FEEEEEELLLLL good.

Everybody has been doing so great with the challenge ... just a few more days to go
(although I'll probably continue till through Sunday).

This might seem a bit anal but I'm just curious. Our local Costco had some
Crystal Light for sale, and since it's Costco I now have about a 6 month
