| Atkins+Low Carb equals Death | 29 Jul 2004 14:01 GMT | 45 |
Preface: To those who have commented on my occassional grammar mistakes. This is part of my social crusades. Not an English or College Term Paper. I am not being paid, I am not selling anything. And I am far more concerned with saving lives, then checking grammar.

| I have joined you bikers! | 28 Jul 2004 13:18 GMT | 47 |
I am really excited about my new bike, a Gary Fisher Napa. I twisted my ankle on July 10 and had to take a week off from the gym and have only been taking about 1-mile walks -- so my exercise was really getting behind. I have been wanting a bike, and so BF and I went out the other ...

I am suddenly blank - how many calories should a reasonably-active woman in her 50s wishing to lose about 20 kg (slowly) be eating per day? I know the amount will have to go down as I lose weight, but to start with, what is a realistic goal?
