Atkins+Low Carb equals Death29 Jul 2004 14:01 GMT45
Preface: To those who have commented on my occassional grammar
mistakes. This is part of my social crusades. Not an English or
College Term Paper. I am not being paid, I am not selling anything.
And I am far more concerned with saving lives, then checking grammar.

Hi Laurie,
I just wanted to share some news with you--my mother

I had told them both about our meeting there, and what
Do you know.. (Fitday question)29 Jul 2004 00:47 GMT13
... under which category in FitDay I should put CEVAPCICI?
It's a Slavic meat dish, actually meat balls (ground pork & beef), 1 piece =
finger size, and they are grilled.
I tried under meat balls, but all of those are cooked or in some kind of
Gastric Bypass and Carbonated Drinks28 Jul 2004 23:52 GMT9
I'm gonna be pursuing the gastric bypass surgery, and I hear that
carbonated drinks are a no-no.  I was wondering if that is forever, or
just up to a certain amount of months post-op.  I love my daily diet
cokes and I was thinking, especially since alcohol is not allowed,

Worst time of day.....28 Jul 2004 18:15 GMT19
This is *such* a dreadful time of day for me (5-6 pm).  It's maybe 5-6
hours since lunch and probably another 2-3 hours until supper.  I'm
afraid I gave in today and had a snack (oops), but I do try not to!

I have joined you bikers!28 Jul 2004 13:18 GMT47
I am really excited about my new bike, a Gary Fisher Napa. I twisted my ankle on July
10 and had to take a week off from the gym and have only been taking about 1-mile
walks -- so my exercise was really getting behind. I have been wanting a bike, and so
BF and I went out the other ...
Eating vs. Skipping Breakfast28 Jul 2004 13:13 GMT21
Most people would agree that eating breakfast helps reduce overeating during
the afternoon, but I think this is just the opposite for me. If I eat
breakfast, it "reminds" me the joy of eating and I eat more during the day,
even without counting the breakfast. I think people with ...
Blankness of mind!28 Jul 2004 06:56 GMT26
I am suddenly blank - how many calories should a reasonably-active woman
in her 50s wishing to lose about 20 kg (slowly) be eating per day? I
know the amount will have to go down as I lose weight, but to start
with, what is a realistic goal?
Fear and Bloating in San Diego (yeast infection, looking for a diet)27 Jul 2004 19:36 GMT51
Looking for a cheap diet to beat the internal yeast infection /
disbacteriosis
I wonder if anyone knows what to eat, what not to eat during such bad
time.

An individual whom I know has stage IV cancer and is losing weight

Well, I finally stepped on a scale and I am down to 132.5  When I really
started my new WOL (I no longer think of it as a diet) I was sometimes
