Well, another month has passed on my journey to a 'slimmer' me. Had some ups and downs, I've been consistent with my calories - I am currently averaging 1900cal/day. For the most part I've been under my daily limit, but there have been a few occasions of going over. Only one ...

I am 17 years old and have had some good results with diets. Over the last
year, I dropped my calorie consumption from 3000 to about 1000 today. I lost a
total of 55 pounds, dropping from a BMI of 24 to 22.5. The only problem is, I
miss junk food and resturant meals a LOT, to be ...

until I got home.
We walk to the park almost every day ... it's not all that far, but there is a
VERY steep hill leading to the park, the kind of hill that I had to stop at

Binge Eating vs Overeating26 Jul 2004 17:27 GMT6
Assume Person "A" and Person "B" eat the exact same food for a week.
Person "A" consumes an entire gallon of ice cream in a single day,
whereas Person "B" takes his time and consumes his gallon over the
course of a week.
Tying a knot26 Jul 2004 17:22 GMT9
I gained weight this year and I'm really mad at myself.  So I'm pumping up
the workout and trying not to shoot myself in the foot like I usually do.
When I exercise more, I get hungrier and usually I let myself eat.  NOT THIS
TIME.

that they can get their pedometers out and be ready to walk on Monday
morning.

Today I spent the day at a "conference resort" working on setup for a
wine competition that takes place tomorrow -- the annual judging of
Virginia wines.  I'll work tomorrow at the competition as well.  Both
days include a very nice (complimentary for us) buffet lunch (and
