until I got home. We walk to the park almost every day ... it's not all that far, but there is a VERY steep hill leading to the park, the kind of hill that I had to stop at least 4 times (most of the time more) and catch my breath.

I gained weight this year and I'm really mad at myself. So I'm pumping up the workout and trying not to shoot myself in the foot like I usually do. When I exercise more, I get hungrier and usually I let myself eat. NOT THIS TIME.
