My son nixed the Schwinn exercise bike I bought him.  I've ordered him
a fully recumbent bike instead.  Anyone in the Philly area is welcome
to take it - free - as long as your willing to pick it up.  Email me
at bradshep@msn.com if interested.
Should I invite an obese friend here?19 Jul 2004 17:58 GMT55
A friend is morbidly obese.  Super obese.  500 pound range is my guess.
She had been planning on having bariatric surgery last month but was
kicked out of the pre-op room for having absurdly high blood pressure.
She has since decided to abandon the surgery idea.

Topic of delicate nature men avert your eyes.. women, has this happened to you?19 Jul 2004 15:38 GMT4
I thought that losing weight was suppose to solve pain, not bring it on!
I've lost about 40lbs now and I'm feeling good.  Except for a few minor

usually when I'm sitting (after reading the sciatica thread I'm ...

Gastric Bypass Diet18 Jul 2004 15:16 GMT8
I had wondered what victims of bypass surgery are eating.  They do lose a
