| Cravings for potato chips, possible solution | 30 Aug 2004 21:19 GMT | 12 |
I used to crave potato chips everyday, but now if I crave them I just eat a little salt, just enough to taste the salt ... usually gets rid of the cravings. I think all we crave from potato chips is salt. Anyone have some experience with this?

I'm new to the group, and I'm trying to read enough to figure out who is into the flame wars, and who will be good for advising me. So far, it's a lot less flame based than many other groups. I spent most of my childhood battling the pudgy kid look. As a gal in my

A friend celebrated his birthday and there were all kinds of no-no foods. My mistake was that I had nothing to eat until the party. I was too busy and only realised that when a slice of cheesecake was offered! So I am not even going to try remembering it all. But the friends were ...

How can I stay "on the wagon?" Any advice? I've worked so hard this summer. Last year was all about going out with friends for pitchers of beer and 10 cent wings EVERY THURSDAY night. I so don't want to succumb to that this year.
