Is there a web site that can help calculate the nutritional values? For example, some products over here just state the number of calories, so I don't know how to enter it in Fitday, not knowing the fat, carbs and protein count.

Thank you for replying, I will check the site you mention, that's all I am doing, searching for answers and the more I do , the more I do panic... My husband told me don't go, Doctors are all quacks.....and told me that if I was going he will not be with me, and left for a business
