The truth - it never tasted that good with low salt. My dinner will now be 1 can tomatoe paste +9 oz spinach + 2 tablespoons olive oil + spices. I'll eat my herring later with crispbreads.

Well I finally went for my weigh in yesterday, as I thought I was up 2.6kg 5 3/4 lbs :-( this in just 6 weeks. SO I am back to journaling and weaning myself off the points down to a weigh loss level. Todays goal 23 points so far 22.5. Not bad for 3 meals and 2 snacks. ( B:

I just returned from a short vacation to Tennessee with the granddaughters and I'm happy to report my weight has remained the same. I definitely didn't limit myself when it came to eating but I did make an effort to choose healthy most of the time. I doubt the Ben & Jerry's Chunky ...
