could really use some help08 Aug 2004 13:17 GMT42
I'm a 5'7" 34 year old male and am in terrible shape.  I weigh about 210 lbs
and realistically I should be no more than 170 lbs.  I want to eventually
have a little bit of muscle tone, especially in the upper body, but right

Vacations don't have to result in weight gain07 Aug 2004 10:32 GMT11
I just returned from a short vacation to Tennessee with the granddaughters
and I'm happy to report my weight has remained the same.  I definitely
didn't limit myself when it came to eating but I did make an effort to
choose healthy most of the time.  I doubt the Ben & Jerry's Chunky ...
Could you look at my diet plan?07 Aug 2004 01:02 GMT23
I posted much the same info on misc.fitness.weights, but it was burried in a

My goals are to lose weight, keep my lean body mass and build strength.  I'd
like to be more fit for ski season.  I have four to five months ...
