Here is what I know. The younger the weight loss the better your chances of things tightening up. Exercise and toning is always going to help. You haven't have had to loose 100 pounds to have the problem. What I want to know is there anything else, short of surgery, to help. If

Well I am officially back after lurking for the last month or so. I am still having major health issues but need this group to stay on track. I am not sure what I weigh at the moment officially but my morning weight seems to be about up 3 kg. I have gotten slack with my habits

Just a small goal, I am currently(as I am typing this) wearing 64in waist pants and I still need to wear a belt! 6 months ago I was in 68in waist. I still wear the pants, but like the 6x shirts, they hang pretty badly and need to be taken out of my wardrobe circulation... I think ...

I've heard from a friend that losing weight to quickly could be dangerous to your health. Does anyone have any research on this matter? What is the reasoning behind it?

This is my week 2 update. Weight: 85.5 kg / 188.1 lbs - which means that I've lost: - 1.5 kg / 3.3 lbs last week, & - 3.5 kg / 7.7 lbs altogether.

I am curious about something. As you all know, type II diabetes is usually preceded by obesity. To those Type 2s here who were obese, I am curious, did you, at some point in life, suddenly started having very strong hunger, huge cravings, etc? Something unnatural?
