I want to lose approx 2 pound per week and i think calorie counting and
restricting my foods to ones I know the calories of is the way to go for
me.
I am approximately 350 pounds and have a target of end of 2005 to reach

In reading others' water intakes per day, I was wondering how many ounces 3 liters
would amount to. I found a great conversion chart that is very easy to use -- I just

Well, I finally made it to the end of my 24-week program. I went from
230 to 186, with most weeks right at a 2lb/week loss rate. I didn't
quite make my goal (thanks to slacking off on exercise this month),
but I'm within striking range now, and I certainly lost more and more
