Which one is easier?29 Aug 2004 04:16 GMT33
I jst want to see how many here count calories and who finds this the
better way? I sometimes have felt that counting just made me feel like
I'm dieting and so I stopped doing this but it seems to not change the
"diet" thing in my head. Does anyone see what I mean? I wonder what ...

I'm posting even though I have nothing to post.  I didn't do horrible but I
also didn't write it down.  No exercise because of humidity.  Lots of water
because of humidity.  I'm still very tired.  It may be because of the
weather or it could be because of the food (not enough fruits ...

No more CPAP machine28 Aug 2004 03:46 GMT14
Saw sleep doc today. On closer reveiw of my sleep study, he noted that
while I stop breathing about 50 times an hour, down from three times
that a year ago, I am getting far more oxygen. That is, even with the
apnea, my oxygen intake is nearly normal.

I am wondering if anyone can recommend me a good cookbook. I am
currently 146lbs (5'9") and am in the market to lose 11lbs. I want to

Me like mirror again!28 Aug 2004 00:31 GMT5
This morning I had a good look at myself in the mirror and noticed some
very definite changes. I came here a few weeks ago, frustrated that the
fat on my hips wasn't going, well, it's going now! And it shows. I fit
into pants I couldn't wear for a year, and they are comfortable and ...

As you might know, I lost 50 lbs by "eating less" and exercising.
Almost a year ago I reached normal weight, the anniversary is on Sep

I ate less, reduced carbs some, but not radically.
The new goal has been set27 Aug 2004 18:44 GMT13
A friend of mine observed that I am serious about losing weight and doing
