| Dieting is hard! | 25 Aug 2004 03:31 GMT | 56 |
Hi. Been off the diet almost two years. I've gained almost enough weight to make another person, so I guess it's time to get back on track. Of course I've said that time and time again. I've meant it each time, too. Hopefully this time I REALLY mean it.

Weigh day today (monday). My signature is up a pound but technically I'm down .5 a lb. Same old pounds I'm dealing with. I was down to 228 around wednesday morning but I'm suspecting all the little add ins cost me a pound or two whether it be in fat or water. Either way. I'm ...

| Only calories matter? | 23 Aug 2004 21:58 GMT | 26 |
What an amazing find, as I am reading more about low carbing. Obese children who were fed a low carb diet lost weight and improved blood lipids. These children also ate 66% more calories than controls, who ate "heart healthy" starches and whole grains. What a surprise.
