| New driver's license :-) | 30 Sep 2004 14:11 GMT | 8 |
This morning I stopped by the Dept. of Motor Vehicles (very near my office) and got a new driver's license made with a new picture. They were very nice about it -- agree I really needed it :-) -- though perhaps they'd have done it for anyone who paid the $10 fee. So now I

| Back on track? | 29 Sep 2004 16:01 GMT | 2 |
Two years ago I went down to under 150 (from 170). I know, it's not a lot, but I wish I could go back to that weight. As of today, my weight has crawled back to about 165. I feel bloated, uncomfy and need some help to get back on track. But where to start?

| Proper Nutrition and Weight Loss | 29 Sep 2004 10:08 GMT | 2 |
Nutrition One school of thought, I would say the 'old school' of nutrition, maintains weight loss or weight gain is all about calories, and "a calorie is a calorie," no matter the source (e.g., carbs, fats, or proteins). They base
