New driver's license :-)30 Sep 2004 14:11 GMT8
This morning I stopped by the Dept. of Motor Vehicles (very near my
office) and got a new driver's license made with a new picture.  They
were very nice about it -- agree I really needed it :-) -- though

Back on track?29 Sep 2004 16:01 GMT2
Two years ago I went down to under 150 (from 170). I know, it's not a lot,
but I wish I could go back to that weight. As of today, my weight has
crawled back to about 165. I feel bloated, uncomfy and need some help to get
back on track. But where to start?
Toxic Vegetable Warning29 Sep 2004 15:54 GMT18
Turns out raw potatoes aren't the only place to find Solanine:

boarding! (It's also called sledging or hydrospeeding in other
parts of the world.) Anyway, if you've never heard of it, here's

Nutrition
One school of thought, I would say the 'old school' of nutrition, maintains
weight loss or weight gain is all about calories, and "a calorie is a
