Flu Challenge Day One31 Oct 2004 00:01 GMT2
It's a not so great way to avoid overeating:-(

That's for those rare moments when you don't have stomach cramps. Where

OK folks, we have 15 members now!
7 of us are in the Active Lifestyle program and 8 of us are in the
Presidential Champions program. Which impresses me, as one has to earn
more points to get awards in that one!
Hard Cooked Egg HELP!30 Oct 2004 22:07 GMT35
OK... these are supposed to be a decent snack, right?
I tried, for the first time in my life, to cook some today.

pasta question30 Oct 2004 16:13 GMT7
for those of you who aren't low-carbing, how much pasta is 2 oz.? any good
things to compare it to (like the way you compare 3 oz. meat to a deck of
cards)? it sounds like such a tiny portion.
*sigh* but i love it so much.

Been an interesting month, started out the month traveling to Cleveland to try out for the Jeopardy! game show. The exam was tough and I missed it by one(well they don't reveal how many you miss but tell you to say that to your friends & family... Ha-ha), actually missed it by at ...

seafood dishes with other meat dishes like chicken and beef from other days
listed in the daily meal plans?
Losing weight on anti depressants!30 Oct 2004 00:30 GMT2
I have lost a lot of weight two times before. The first time 50 kilos
(about 110 lbs) and the second time about 25 kilos (55 lbs). Both
times I found the weightloss itself very easy. Both times I were not
on anti depressants. Both times I regained all of the weight and then
Some Like It Hot29 Oct 2004 23:19 GMT2
Ummm. Yummmy. That nice hot organic fair traded java from Whole Foods

enthusiasm and confidence.  Because I dilute my coffee my two cups is
only equal to one regular. Yup, I'm flying- can't wait to make the bed,

I''ve started South Beach Diet and am on Day 5.  I have been drinking a lot

a row, as of today. Granted, the day isn't over yet, but I'm
confident that I can keep this up.
