I would have thought that, by now, we'd have at least a hundred new members to this group who, with good intentions, would remain members in good standing until at least Monday or Tuesday of next week. Really, though, do you see nyd as an opportunity to renew your weight loss

I was intrigued with the idea when I first heard it a few years ago (from Dr. Phil, I think) -- that we remain overweight for some "payoff" reason that is usually unconscious. I had a hard time with that one, feeling as though I would do anything to be thin, and hated being fat. ...

Does anyone else on this NG drink Olive Oil? About a week ago I became very sick after drinking two gallons of oil in a day. I had the worst diarrea I ever seen and spent half the day on the toilet.

I've only heard what is being reported on ESPN, but the real story is that a young man who only a few years was a top flight athlete could die in his sleep. I've heard reports that it was sleep apnea, respiratory failure, or a heart attack. Has anyone heard any other news?
