Atkins,Than what?07 Feb 2005 12:12 GMT48
So do you stay wit Atkins program for life? I have been doing well with
LC and I started with South Beach and 'kind of' drifted on to Atkins. (I
don't have the book) I love how  my terrible cravings have really gone
away !! I feel good.
Three-Month Long Plateau?07 Feb 2005 08:43 GMT8
I am going through the ever-loathed plateau, but the thing is, I've
been experiencing it for about three months! It may be because my body
is resistant to any additional weight loss (I've only lost 10lbs since
I started, from 146lbs to 135-136lbs at 5'9"), but I feel as though I
lifestyle question07 Feb 2005 07:45 GMT17
They have those "lifestyle categories" on some fitness websites (sedentary,
light, moderate, etc.), but they do not really explain them much, and I'm
wondering where I fit in-- whether it's sedentary or lightly active-- if I walk
briskly for 30-60 minutes a day. It's usually around ...
Propolis/echinacea pills07 Feb 2005 03:28 GMT3
my chemist has recommended me to take the combination of propolis/echinacea
pills to boost my imune system. There is no nutritional info on the bottle.
I'd like to enter them in my daily food log and FitDay, but don't know the
pill's nutritional data... anyone familiar with it?
Wanted: Casserole/One Pot Recipes06 Feb 2005 21:19 GMT9
I try to cook something on Sundays that I can divide into at least 5
portions to take for lunch during the week.  I usually make vegetarian
chili, or penne pasta with sauce or a soup.  I'm looking for new ideas if
anyone has some to share.  Vegetarian are best, but if they have meat ...
Willow's Weekend Update06 Feb 2005 20:35 GMT9
Hi Y'all,
I feel great!  The first time in a long time that I can say that.  Even
though I woke up with a sore throat this morning (usually the first sign of
a cold for me) I have to say that I feel great!

Diet/Menu Software06 Feb 2005 18:14 GMT1
I'm looking to find some software to help me figure out my meals.  I know
what I should be eating, but quantities are just consuming so much of my
time...if I can get a menu-building piece of software, it'd make my life so
much easier.  I'm working out and trying to build muscle, ...
Food & Exercise -- 2/5/200506 Feb 2005 17:43 GMT4
Food (all at home -- the farthest I went from the house today was to
the mailbox :-) ):

Fascinating morning05 Feb 2005 22:17 GMT5

The friend with whom I have been friends for longest (34 years now)
has some serious health problems, including emphysema and serious
diabetes.  Recently her kidneys have become damaged by the diabetes
#1 Diet All Natural05 Feb 2005 22:01 GMT4
I have been reading through some of this newsgroup and am amazed at how
many people are struggling with there diets. There is no need to struggle.
There is no need to be counting your calories, or measureing / wieghing your
food. No need to get out and do all kinds of strenuous ...
