Can anyone offer any opinions on the amount of Protein / Fats / Carbs per KG (or Lb) of bodyweight, for off-season traing, and for comp dieting, for a range of sports?? Anyone have any web references??

So do you stay wit Atkins program for life? I have been doing well with LC and I started with South Beach and 'kind of' drifted on to Atkins. (I don't have the book) I love how my terrible cravings have really gone away !! I feel good.

my chemist has recommended me to take the combination of propolis/echinacea pills to boost my imune system. There is no nutritional info on the bottle. I'd like to enter them in my daily food log and FitDay, but don't know the pill's nutritional data... anyone familiar with it?
