I have been struggling with weight my entire life.  I am so sick and
tired of being this way.  I am fatter than I ever dreamed I would be.
I absolutely despise what I see in the mirror and often wonder why my
husband stays with me.

Well, I finally got to try the new rollerblades. I bought them last
Friday evening. I had to work 6 days straight. I actually got up early
on Saturday and Sunday, but it was raining both days. My nephew is
still in school, so no luck with him on school mornings.

Hi everybody!  Don't know if you remember me or not, but I was here for
a while, then kind of got away from the group lately for various reasons
(time, etc.).  I still won't have a lot of time to spend here, but I'll
skim the subject lines every once in a while and check it out when

Is it carbs or protein?  Do people eat something different before weight
lifting versus running?  How far in advance do you eat?  If you eat a
'power' bar, what brand do you prefer?  Thanks!

If you need a break from nutrition tracking programs, journals and
calorie counting try this:
Eat three small meals a day and two programmed snacks, If you can do
this without anything else being consumed you won't need to track much

I keep going in binges, exercising regularly for a while, and then
getting bored or lazy, and not moving for 4 months at a time, and
repeating pattern.
