My friend doesn't eat a lot. She doesn't even feel hungry.
She usually drinks only a glass of juice a day and that's it. On a good day,
she'll have a peice of toast in the morning.
Please Please Please help. We've tried numerous GPs but they can't help her.

An important and attitude-changing concept came to me Sunday as I was
driving to my second restaurant meal of the day (I did record everything in
FitDay and ended up at about 1800 calories, which isn't so terrible for the
challenge, since one meal was a breakfast buffet -- eeek).
Ping: Ig  (OT: Costco vs. Sams)08 Mar 2005 12:57 GMT16
Question for anyone that is a member of both Costco and Sams. I gather from
previous posts that this applies to Igor.
What are the differences between the two? If you had to choose only one,
which one would it be?

Fibre supplements and Atkins08 Mar 2005 01:21 GMT2
If I pop a few Metamucil capsules when I have a sandwich or something,
can I count the fibre in the capsules against the carbs in the bread?

I started my weight loss journey in mid-May of 2002 weighing 244 pounds

Food & Exercise -- 3/4/2005 (yesterday)06 Mar 2005 23:13 GMT2
Drove home from NJ yesterday afternoon -- just now getting my database
all caught up.  (I entered the data from the days I'd been gone to get
the calorie/nutrient totals.  I ate a lot yesterday -- I get the
munchies when I'm driving -- but my calories were low during the week.

How can I convert these values into mg's?

Great way to track your diet06 Mar 2005 16:13 GMT1
I had been using FitDay for a while, but I started seeing that
service's limitations very quickly. I just found this great tool on
nutrition.gov.

  Basically, I'm hungry!
I'm trying to lose just a bit of weight, just to keep myself healthy
and so on, and I want to do this now, before I put on any more weight
and it becomes a bigger issue.*
