into the day?
Back again...29 Mar 2005 23:44 GMT8
I was around here years ago, back again.
For a long time I was reasonably happy in the 180s,
then late 2003 I got a double whammy of holiday eating
plus a breakup and divorce, been in the low 200s since.

They said eating a mere 10 calories a day too much, i.e. ...

Fitday and Sugar Alcohols28 Mar 2005 13:07 GMT7
Those of you that use fitday.com, do you count sugar alcohols in
with the regular carbohydrates?  When I was doing Atkins, we didn't
count these.  I think diabetics have to, though.  What do you do?

What's good in eating chicken bones?27 Mar 2005 22:42 GMT2
Like dogs I love to chew chicken bones. Would someone tell me what
nutritional values there are in them? Calcium? And in which quantity?
What are the methods to cook them if cooked by themselves? I don't
want to fry them, though. I put them in the oven for 80 minutes but

Isn't it meant to work that we eat until we satisfy our hunger?
So if we're not actually hungry and eat just for comfort or out of boredom
it means we must have some sort of emotional issues that we are trying to
eleviate with food. I'm not saying it's wrong to have emotional ...

Took the day off from work.  Went to the gym in the late morning, and
had lunch in the cafe there with Elise after doing some lifting.  (I
skipped cardio in favor of lunch :-) .)  Then I went to my hairdresser
and spent a couple of hours getting a cut and highlights.  Then I
