hello gals,
i am wondering how your eating or exercising habits change right before
(or even during) your menstrual cycle. i noticed that i was ravenous
about a week prior to my cycle and was not hungry much just a few days

My co-worker is going along on that 'Glucose Revolution' diet that her doctor apparently suggested she start on being that she is borderline diabetic (apparently).
