Wow - I didn't realize that there were so many 'detox' (detoxification) diets out there. I became interested in finding out more about them after reading "The Warrior Diet" (which includes detoxification as part of the feeding 'cycle').

Greetings to you all. Its been three and a half months since I started my program. I started at 170 lbs and set my goal at 145. This morning I weighed in at 142. My method has been calorie restriction combined with lots of walking, running and circuit training with free weights.

Hello. It looks like there are a few that could be good: Body for life companion, Diet and Exercise Assistant, Fitness Plus, etc. Does anyone have any advice or experience using any of this type of program to help us eat right and track gym visits? Thanks in advance..Sven

so far I'm liking the new bike a bit more with every ride. Last week I broke 20mph, although only briefly. Today I broke 20 and maintained 22.2mph for over a mile. My cruising speed was 17 - 18mph with the wind at my back and 12 w/ the headwind.
