my life style.  I weighed 270 lbs at that time. I needed to change my life.

(detoxification) diets out there.  I became interested in finding out
more about them after reading "The Warrior Diet" (which includes
detoxification as part of the feeding 'cycle').
Emotional Eating?22 Mar 2005 22:28 GMT11
I've known for awhile now that I have a problem with eating for the
wrong reasons. Not only is it totally irrational, it's a
self-destructive habit I somehow fell into and really need to find a way

Hello.  It looks like there are a few that could be good: Body for life
companion, Diet and Exercise Assistant, Fitness Plus, etc.  Does anyone have
any advice or experience using any of this type of program to help us eat
right and track gym visits?  Thanks in advance..Sven

so far I'm liking the new bike a bit more with every ride.   Last week I
broke 20mph, although only briefly.   Today I broke 20 and maintained
22.2mph for over a mile.  My cruising speed was 17 - 18mph with the wind at
my back and 12 w/ the headwind.

My wife and I needed to lose some weight and in 3 months time I have lost 25
lbs and 1 full pants size and she has lost 17 lbs and 1 full dress size.  If
