People on diets often claim they lost some weight, and some actually do. My question is WHERE DOES THIS LOST WEIGHT GO? I know it dont just vanish into the air. So, where does it go? Does anyone know? Basing this on science, nothing just disappears.

This food is actually quite tasty, but the label is the most absurd misstatement ever made. 2g of protein, no fat and no carbs. Yeah right. It is made of pureed eggplants, peppers and garlic, and (I suppose) some vegetable oil.

I just went to a site that calculated my body fat, and one method (Ponderal Index) had my body fat at three times the other (waist -weight). What gives? Anyone aware of these methods?
