It's been about 2 weeks since my last update.  So, I figured
it was about time for another.  I think that I've decided to

I think I have a problem. I have done really well losing weight, but
over the past month have really began obsessing over it. I am now down
to one meal a day (dinner) and this past week, while I am eating that
one meal I have it in my head that I have ate too much. I exercise every

My object here is two-fold:
1. To settle into a normal way of eating. All my life I've eaten normally
but in the last year I've been tending toward borderline eating disorder -
starvation dieting and overeating at other times.

Since starting my new WOE January 2nd, I have noticed that I feel cold a lot
more, particularly my feet.  I know it's the middle of winter, but I was

I'm STILL trying to stop this insane eating patern. I've not gone a sizr
larger but clothingis fitting more snug. How does one get back to the
BETTER eating? Remember, I can do almost no exercise. The battle has

I've heard of TOM causing an increase in weight because of water
rentention/bloating. But this week-- the week of my period-- I've been
weighing in about 2-3 lbs less than I was the week before. Could this
be because of my period, or something else? Like, why would it all of a

Hi. I really need some good advise from somebody. Im 20 years old and im
going to florida this year for my 21st. Problem is i have put weight on and
it all seems to have gone on my stomach pretty bad. I dont understand as i

Worked from home today.  Went to the gym with DH around noon, then
went out for lunch at a diner.
Food:
* 9:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
