My object here is two-fold: 1. To settle into a normal way of eating. All my life I've eaten normally but in the last year I've been tending toward borderline eating disorder - starvation dieting and overeating at other times.

I'm STILL trying to stop this insane eating patern. I've not gone a sizr larger but clothingis fitting more snug. How does one get back to the BETTER eating? Remember, I can do almost no exercise. The battle has become harder.
