I thought I recalled a discussion about "set points" a while ago but I can't find it now. I think it was about a study which said actually there was no evidence that there were set points and that not losing below a certain point was psychological rather than physical. Anyone ...

I finally got out and got a new hybrid bike for my road biking treks. This should allow me to ride much faster when I'm street biking. Brand name wise - its a Giant - and I can't recall which model off hand. But I'm totally looking forward to my first good ride. :)

I tried the cardio without eating in the morning and it does help make a difference. I was wondering though about weight training. I do an alternating strength day with cardio, so should I eat on the lifting days?
