Ok all, I could use some other opinions. I've recently changed my
lifestyle and my relationship with food, permanently, and it's resulted
in substantial weight loss over the last 7 weeks (32 pounds as of

Fat free, sugar free vanilla yogurt.

keep getting about 24%.  I am a 36 year old male 6'1, 180lbs.  2 years

This is day 1 and I weigh in this morning at 189.5, my goal is 130lb

At my trainer's urging, I have started to wear my pedometer again, with a goal to do
at least 12,000 steps per day. (I think my brand "Digiwalker" recommends 10,000 steps
for health maintenance and 12,000 - 15,000 for weight loss. So I want to start
