I was wondering. What is the best way to lower your bodyfat %? I purchased one of those hand held electronic body fat meters and I keep getting about 24%. I am a 36 year old male 6'1, 180lbs. 2 years ago I was 246lbs. I run about 15 miles per week spread over 4 runs.
