| Is it possible to lose 3kg in one week? | 03 May 2005 13:45 GMT | 3 |

This has been the first week on my new path and I am sore from exercising. I have been tracking everything I eat on Fitday and I am surprised at the actual calories that I have eaten. There are a lot of hidden calories in every little spoon full. I have already dropped 2 pounds ...

| Food & Exercise -- 4/30/2005 (yesterday) | 01 May 2005 23:52 GMT | 3 |
Had a totally lazy day at home, then went out to dinner w/ DH to celebrate my 57th birthday. We went to a new fancy restaurant that we hadn't tried before. We liked it a lot, and it's a nice sort of place for those watching their calories, since it offers small tasting-size
